We continued to work closely with a client on a comprehensive MGA Strategy Review. This has involved commitment from the whole of our team and some of our trusted associates, in the preparation of a meticulous leakage audit report and a thorough claims reserve review that set out the advantages and disadvantages to ensure strategic alignment and the optimal client outcome.
We are supporting one of our trusted clients in fortifying their network through rigorous due diligence and compliance audits to ensure that they continue with their commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance. Valentis are committed to going above and beyond to deliver excellence in every aspect of our work, helping our clients build strong foundations for sustainable success.
April saw us successfully host our second Business Development workshop, tailored specifically for one of our clients. Topics ranged from helping to understand client’s expectations to mastering the art of leveraging relationships. We delved into the intricacies of developing a robust sales pipeline and focused on utilising BD skills to effectively secure client meetings.
As active members of the MGAA we remain dedicated to the MGAA TPA world. In April, our team attended an insightful event on delivering value through TPA claims. The session highlighted key factors in selecting a TPA, summarised best practice in TPA services and outlined the impact on their business model from having a tailored TPA solution.
We have been busy putting together a proposal for a comprehensive carrier and claims MGA review. This initiative originates from the recognition that Valentis is a leading consultancy in the insurance and claims industry, trusted as a go-to resource.
